like it's been said, it depends how often you smoke and your metabolism. If you're a fatass, it might take a while since THC is fat soluble. But if you're skinny, it won't stay in your system as long.
Best things I can recommend
Niacin (don't get the "no flush" niacin, you want the flush. Take at least double the recommended daily amount.
Cranberry Juice/water and LOTS of it.
Do some cardio to metabolise it and pass it out of your system.
How long since you last smoked and how fat are you?

my friend goes to rehab and still does some drugs not what he originally got in troulbe for, coke. but i **** everyonce in awhile when he doesnt think hes clean, and he freezes it and uses it when he goes in. hes got a contraption he rubber bands to his leg, and heats it up and has some hand warmers to keep the ---- warm. pretty funny, ive seen basically the same thing sold online. but hes passed a few already doing that.

I thought exercise right before the test was bad because since THC is stored in fat it would be released during exercise. If it were me i would keep it all natural. Drink plenty of water and maybe to Cranberry Juice. Taking any system flush would make me nervous about it showing up on the test.

since 7 i think, an about 180, got mini sweat going from almost puking, ------ never oing that ---- again lol
