You can come up with all the excuses for speeding in the world, but that doesn't change the fact that you were speeding. You can't be mad at the police/state/government for enforcing LAWS. They make speed limits for a reason and it's not to collect money. It's to keep people safe from stupid people. Maybe they should just stop enforcing traffic laws? Everybody can speed and drive as wreckless as they want. I'm sure that would save lives. :1

that is pretty funny how they torch those ******* over in Europe, here in wi we wouldn't put up with it. they try to put those up I myself will go out put some tape over my plates and shoot them with my 12 gauge. problem solved. and for you ******* saying don't speed, ---- you. those who trade freedom for security deserve neither freedom or security. whats next, cameras that watch you in the bathroom to make sure you wash your hands?

Arizona's population is 6,166,318
Assuming your average ticket is 120$ for speeding, because I cant find it online.
The cost of the cameras is 1,200,000,000 dollars
The cost of cameras divided by the ticket price to get how many tickets are needed to pay for the cameras is 10,000,000
The amount of tickets needing to be issued to bay for the initial cost of the system divided by state population is 1.62
This means in order to pay for this system, the state will have to issue 1.62 speeding tickets for every ------- person living in the state, including children and old people. Which, through precise guestimation, out of people who are of able driving age in the population, probably rounds up to near 2.4~ tickets per person ..
How is the state going to pull that off? Take a few guesses
