I ate em in china. I just made sure I grabbed a chunk that didn't have the beak or head on it, fucked up watching other people knaw on that ----.
It was tastier and looked more attractive than the alternative but I tried that too for the hell of it.

Pigeon wings hooters style! Roll then in flour, let them sit for like 45 minutes, roll them again and deep fry them. Then have some frank's hot sauce and a little butter mixed together and dump the wings into them and pull them out and sit for a few minutes. Then gobble that ---- up like a pigeon eatting garbage off the ground.
