There's already a 2 car garage attached to the house that we park the daily driver in. So there's not much daily in and out of the garage. The floor is slightly sloped to allow water to run out. I already did pull a car in from out of the snow and its very easy to get the water out with a big squeege. I actually just washed my quad and bike in there yesterday and cleanup takes like 2 minutes with a mop and squeege, just push the majority out the door than cleanup with a mop.

Because when laying it out we designed it with the Hillbilly factor in mind, which means we didn't want to have your garage twice the size of the house. 12 ft celings weren't necessary.

Rounded the bottom corner into the floor, and put the epoxy coating right up that part of the wall. Then with a floor drain in the center you can hose down the whole place so with a few short minutes of work it looks just like it was first built.

Even if we ran the solid expoxy up the wall you don't want to be spraying a hose that close to the drywall. The tile is as easy to clean as the epoxy. And with the floor being the first thing we've ever epoxy coated, we went with what we know worked for the block considering it costs about the same.

Sweet garage. I'm trying to talk my dad into building one of these since the Malibu needs an indoor home or it's gonna fall apart after being rebuilt for years.

We're looking into a pole barn, nothing fancy like this monster.
Damn. I should be on the price is right.
