Congrats Steve.Ive been trying to convince my wife to move somewhere else too.We could take the equaty from our house and by one in another state cash.It would be nice to have no more mortgage payments and just have a mediocre job with no stress.

I dont blame you for moving.

Now you can join the mallitia :P

Remember, beer bottles will float in the lake. Must fill them with water first, then chuck them in the middle and they will sink.
