nice place man. 180K, its so crazy how much different houses can cost across the country. Your right Steve, that home in cali would probably run 300K, but where Im from, in Indiana, probably at most 100K. Very nice place though! Congrats!!!! I cant wait till I can buy my own place and stop renting!

I couldn't get any pics of the lake because the real estate agents camera only had 14 pictures.
Now that the So. Cal crew is all put together, I think I'm gonna work on setting up Minnesota as the next turbo hot spot. Together we can revolutionize the HMT scene, one state at a time.

Jeff, does that mean you'll be offering Princess for the show? Didn't think so. :P

I'm ------- jealous... we have a house but i'd LOVE a townhouse instead because of less outside maintenance... my only condition is that it has to have a garage. Which YOURS DOES you bastard

Nice house.Make sure you by a snow blower. That is a must, even if the driveway is small.Trust me on this, you don't want to shovel 3 feet of snow.I'm in the next state over(wisconsin).Good luck with it.

Actually the association dues of like $100 or so covers plowing the driveway and the front yard. I couldn't go wrong with that, especially since I've never lived near an inch of snow in my life. If I had to guess, my version of plowing the driveway would be to turn on the hose and hose down the snow until it was gone.

Snow n00b! How can you use the hose when its -10F out? You won't have snow anymore, you'll have 4 inches of ICE. :P

Congrats on a nice house.

Congrats on the house Stealth. I'm in the process of buying one as we speak. I just had the inspection today and we should close in about 60 days.. Finally, a garage to work on my car
