Ive had the manifold fitted to the car now for 6 months 
running, no bent flanges or snapped welds, i have had no problems with this mani! I love it to bits. It came braced with two bars on the bottom of the manifold, looks very strong.
Just wanted to post a pic of it now it is all cleaned up.
As for more pics of the car! ill take some later.

A pic of the JDM y0! rocker cover,
A pic of the AFC Install, i did this at a nightime, i got bored and ripped the dash out! and crafted it with bondo and fibregass, then heat shrunk vinyl over it all, came out very good, i am impressed with this!
A pic of the pimpass intercooler, had to have this made because we have no cool companys like CCA in England. Also the front part of my mates workvan in the background (yes that is boosted as well!! 2.2 of diesel power!, this was used lots during the install when i forgot to get silly little things like hoseclips and nuts and bolts,
free diesel :x
A pic of the car itself, A bit ricey but i have to use the car to grab attention to advertise my buisness(window tinting)
Engine bay shot, nice and clean
, That blitz BOV is very loud!! even at a gay 5psi
