Ok, not too sound too cheesy with the whole resolutions thing, but things that have gone on recently are making me realize that I focus too much of my personal life on one thing.
That in mind, I am looking to better myself a bit.
I have a apartment weightroom, nothing fancy, has your basic treadmill, bicycle, basic weight machine kinda stuff.
What I am mainly looking to do, is this.
1. Thin out. Time to lose some of the gut and manboobs.
2. Build strength in my shoulders and knee. Old injuries from an accident leave my knee and shoulders with loose ligaments. Doctors suggest that I build them up a bit to stretch the slack in the ligaments, maybe relieve some tendonitis/arthritis issues.
3. Build and tone a little more upper body strength
Here's what I need some help with...
I need someone with a brain to run by me some ideas on workout plan type stuff.
Help?

I try to have as much sex as possible. That's a good enough workout for me.
