You never know, she could have been parking, and her brakes could have failed, its almost happened to me recently, my brakes are acting funny, and when i turn, the pedel takes mroe to push down sometimes, bad bearing, its weird, but i keep ------- up my lip on my bumper becasue of it, not stopping in time.

I still find it sort of hard to believe; I mean, if the car was going slow enough to do that little damage to the boat, then it wouldn't have even gotten that far. It would just be hanging over the edge, or even underwater. To end up in that position would have required ALOT of speed, plus, the boat doesn't even look like it's tied up to the pier. It looks like it could just float away, AND I think the weight of the car would make the boat tilt a little more to the right.

umm... actually, just took a look in good 'ol photoshop, and the reflection of the boat on the hood is spot on. It's probably real.. I just have no idea how that could have happened... or better yet, how that lady could look so dry..
