Phearable.net is a BALLER!!
Ok, so about 2 weeks ago, i shipped out my P28 to be chipped w/ a basemap... I made sure through phonecalls and email that he KNEW i had to have it back asap, cuz i have to drive home at the end of the semester.
Two days ago, i got a phone call... a kid named Kyle (my name is Kevin), he got his P05 chipped or somethin, but Phearable.net got them mixed up at the Shipment store. (Kevin / Kyle) Kyle called me (cuz my # was in the box) asking if i got HIS ecu... and i did. We both called Phearable.net, and this is what he did for us:
He sent Kyle some $ to Priority Mail my ECU to me (cuz it's urgent, time limits etc)... Then, he talked to me for a while, appologizing... and as "re-imburment" he ripped up the check i maile him w/ my ECU. $75!!!!!!
I was happy with just having my ECU shipped to me!!! But the man took it up a step. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE~!~!~! I wasn't rude, or demanding in any way, He just did it!
From now on, if anyone asks for who they should get their ECU chipped by... i'm reccomending Phearable.net. I thought that was very proffessional and considerate of them.
