This will hurt their sales, period.
But one thing that confuses me
He didn't have time to delete the post, but he emailed back and forth?
I'm totally with dave on this and hope he pulls through. That's just something I noticed when I was reading. Probably won't help him much.

Someone posted a k-pro downloader on the pgmfi forum.
I didn't remove it as quickly as Hondata desired due to exams and being busy as hell.
Cease and desists, letters back and forth, demands and counterdemands, etc. (I'll post all the correspondence exchanged previously later.)

How can you sue someone with no money? They aiint gettin ----. Though it sucks he needs to shell out of his pocket for defense attorney
Oh yeah, remove download from their site, problem solved. Not like they can put any real estimate on the loss in revenue anyways

Thats a good point but the RIAA had a ---- ton of money, and didnt need any more money. More of a "dont do this or we'll kill you" type of thing. Either way I'm surprised hondata didnt ask for the link to be taken down if it was a problem

i hope hondata realizes that that one thread alone, cost them tons on sales just on principal. how stupid are they gonna feel when they lose the suit, and then a ton of business because they are douchebags.

OK, this is the first I heard of this. I spend no time in any fuel managent sections of any web sites. I know ---- all about tuning but I of coarse use it(on my list of ---- to learn). So if I read this correctly, This icy hot stunner made a web site to help us little nigs out and pissed off hondata because they think they own honda ecu raping and sued poor stunner who made no money from this to begin with...... even though they have no case but did this just to prove there ------- gay? So stunner sells his web site and all us nigs are sending him cash to help with life and law suites?? If I have this correctly post up the ------- paypal addy and hondata's email, ---- HONDATA!!!!
