Re: ---- people are retarded
When mods/admins are that quick to ban you, there's no winning. That's fucked.
On another note. Does anyone know how to get a new IP address? I got banned from this other forum and I really want to sneak attack terrorize the site. I tried that RUN>config/ip.realease or some ---- like that, but it didn't help.
Help.

Anything over 7psi on d16 stock rods is pushing it.
Basically on race gas and great tuning you might get away with it a few times at the track. This would NOT be a reliable set up.
I also think you severly underestimate the skills as a tuner required. This isn't like adding boost to a FI car.
im sorry but this is bull. i know at least 4 people in the nw area running 8-10 psi on their stock d16 (z6 and y, and have been for 6+ months. im planning on running 8 psi on my y8 and if you just make sure everything is in good working order you shouldnt have any problems. and its not that hard of a setup. 4-5k is more and enough to boost a d series, my whole setup is going to run less than a grand when finished, including swapping the y8 into my crx.
nice thing about boosting a d series with that kind of income is that if it blows, you're only looking at 200-500$ for a new motor, so you can go through three or 4 d's before you get to the cost of a type -r swap. just my two cents.
