It was before we moved. We had BellSouth. We not have comcast so I have no way of checking that email. Even so, I updated my email address, so why would they send it to that address?

I have 30 days to file a dispute with the financial service before they actually make a claim on my credit report.

they would have to come to your state, but your claim isnt large enough ($75,000 or over) for your state to use the long-arm statute I dont know, you may just have to take a loss because its too much of a headache to ---- around with paypal and the collections agency. Trust me I have been through it and ended up losing money but I wanted it off my credit, and I no longer use paypal

yeah, it might end up being cheeper just paying for the head again and taking the loss. a lawyer, court cost, and the headache will be a pita.
