Im a huge believer in bigger powers making douche bags like this pay in the long run. If he is ------- me over for 30 bucks which is ------- sad whats 30 dollars these days a pizza and a couple gallons of gas he is most likely a meth addict who will be dead in 2 year. Selling parts online like I said shows how deseprate some people are. If it was of any real value I would stop by this guys house he's from so cal and Ill be home in a couple weeks but 30 bucks wont even cover my gas :1 to get to this **** house.

Yeah somehow these people abuse the system and get rewarded. I sold s PS2 on Pay Pal a long time ago. The guy lies and says it was an empty PS2 box. Pay Pal refunds is money. So I'm like ok where the hell is my empty box back. Pay Pal says that because he was claiming it was fraud that they don't make him send it back I would have to deal with it personally or the legal system. WTF?
So then I bought something a while later and the item never showed up. The guy sent Pay Pal tracking numbers that weren't even going to my house. They let him keep the money!

Just say you want to dispute the charge, done. They don't care if you tell them you aren't going to pay, it'll just go on your credit report dumbass.

Nothin's on there. If it is I'll just dispute that too I'm only 20, I don't have to worry about "bad credit" as of yet, and hell, its still pretty good atm.

Link paypal with your debit/credit card and bank account. That way you can transfer funds in and out really easily yet you still get backing from the company on your debit card. For example, I use my wachovia/visa card. Guess what, if I have a problem, I'm calling Wachovia/Visa to get my money back.
Also typically paypal will change their story if you send a registered letter stating if they do not review your case again you will have your lawyer contact them, they will review the case again. If they have no motivation to do so, they won't as they don't care who gets the money as long as they get their 3%
