Well if you don't have the bank account to pull your money from and cancel all payment options.
They will have no way to pull money from you.
I don't know exactly how it works, but when I got screwed by a person I only got 5 bucks out of 25 dollars.
They didn't have any money for paypal to take and give me.
I did finally get the item 2 months later.

paypal will just take it to a collectors agency if you have no balance in your account. and i never took a turbo apart but that thing gets really hot for just some silicon to be used as a seal right? ---- if thats the case we need that for manifold cracks

Turbo seals are either carbon or a metal ring like a circlip. You can't even see it unless you take off the compressor nut and drop the turbine wheel out the CHRA.
This assmullet is talking about whatever is used to seal the compressor housing to the backing plate, he removed it and it ripped/tore and now he thinks a $0.59 part means the turbo is no good. Even more likely is he is a ------- scammer, and you are falling for it because you obviously know about as much about turbos yourself.
Quit the ------- negative remarks about BLAAST over a turbo YOU ------- KNOW IS GOOD. Some people don't like the guy because they think there's a problem with their rebuilds, well, newsflash they glow in the ------- dark and spin 100-150K rpms, sometimes they are pretty ------- used up which is why a lot of us buy NEW and cheap out elsewhere.

I didnt let him scam me... I told paypal everything, they sided with the buyer. He said he took it apart afterward and the dynamic piston seal and shaft were beat. He's a turbo expert now
