paypal question

how do you put the settings in paypal so that it instendly puts the money in there, instead of waiting 5 days? i herd you can do this, and i could never find that option. i spent an hour yesterday trying to.

I see they did make closing an account easy. I deleted an old account I haven't used in over a year
