this entire case has been a cluster ---- from the start.. but its fine.. maybe on appeal we get a judge who isnt too ----- to go against the gov.. even tho thats what cooke did in sentencing.. she practically shat in the governments face.. when the gov asks for life and my dad gets 8 years... but still.. a misstrial should have been called a LONG time ago.. alot of witnesses should have never gotten to the jury.. and alot of bullshit like binladens tape and tapes of 9/11 should have never gotten to the jury either.. but thats fine.. w/e were all happy.. cant wait till appeal..

so, isn't the way that the sentence structure works h will only have to server like 1/3 of that before possible parole?
my buddy got 10 years for meth manufacture and only did 3 years, but of course he got sent back for shooting holes in the walls of his house...... :1
