the threads on my head in cylinder 1 are messed up for some strange reason, thats why it was stuck.

I had trouble getting the spark plug back in too.

I don't know that 14 psi necesarily killed your motor, but if you're still running a stock map sensor, the lack of any control past 11 psi over fuel and ignition sure will.

you can tune the last column on the map a little rich. either way i didn't really have what would probably be enough fuel/timing to cover the 13psi creepage, i was at 19* and 12.0:1 flat AFR's. No biggie, on to the next.

I bought mine for $10 at the local Harbor Freight.
They only get stuck when the engine is warm.
If it gets stuck, let ---- cool down and then it comes out easy.

You just gotta let that aluminum retract to normal size.
