so he was pulled over on the 5 for broken tail light or what not. and was taken to the dakota county jail for. no liecence, no registration, and no insurance. usually you just get a ticket for this (speak from experience). but he had a warent for failure to appear on a ------- speeding ticket. i call the jail on the 5 in the pm and bail is set at $6000. i was like ---- for trafic ---- ! anyways there was a bond hearing on the 6 so me being a good brother and all, i went. he looked pretty bumbed, but who aint in jail (think his pot was wearing off). he asked the judge to get out on a signature bond and the judge laughed and told him he was in there on a warent for failure to appear. then raised his bond to $7500. the next morning on the 7 was his arainment. so of corce i went. he pleaded with the judge again explaining he had a full time job and needed to get out to be able to keep it and what not. he plead guilty to all accounts and then the judge sentenced him to 30 days in county. i was thinking in my mind 30 ------- days for traffic ---- what the ---- ? any ways i'm going to go visit him later today and try to sneak him in some smokes becouse i'm assuming he is needing one............

p.s. not to mention he had won a "trip of a life time" through his work to california for all expence paid 5 day cruz and all that good ---- disneyland and all. he was sapossed to leave on friday but instead he is in county for trafic violation, sucks huh ?

umm I just got pulled over on Monday night going 22 over. Only 130 bucks so people buy my stuff in the classifieds. lol. Can't really feel bad cause he kinda set himself up for it.

That sucks. The judge seems to be an -------/bitch (depending on gender). I didn't think they could lock you up for 30 days just for a failure to appear for a speeding ticket. I gonna ------ protest. It's a waste of taxpayers money to have him in there. They need to release him to make room for somone who commited something or than a traffic violation. But yeah, that is shitty luck.
