If the puncher is charged with a felony, I feel like it sends a f@cked up message: That you can run around and talk ---- and be, for the most part, AN -------, but then when someone puts you in your place they'll be punished for doing just that...PUTTING YOU IN YOUR PLACE. It's not the guys fault that ol boy busted his head open when he fell down. Why is it that everytime something like that happens, SOMEONE has to be blamed and unjustly punished?? I'm sure the guy that threw the punch feels bad enough as it is, why do you have to make him suffer that much more?? It's not right. I'm sure someone will say "well, what if it was your son??" My answer to that is I'm going to put forth as much effort as possible to teach my son NOT to be a *****, and to abstain from running his mouth CONSTANTLY. This is just a common example of why there are so many billybadasswannabe's running around. They can pick on ppl constantly and nothing is ever done about it...not until someone mops the parking lot w/ their face and then OH POUR GUY, HE GOT HIS FACE AND HEADPIECE REARRANGED AND IT'S TERRIBLE...Anybody here who REALLY got picked on as a kid(yeah, I was one of those kids, short and chubby and enjoyed holding conversations with myself) knows that mental abuse can ------' suck, too. Especially when you're young.

some people are just bitches that needs a good beating..unfortunately we cannot just hand it out.

I do hope the guy the dealt the pain gets some kind of break because, afterall, you cannot just hit someone.

I'm sure it does. there are many instances I'd like to smash someone's face in because they just don't know when to STFU... I'm waiting for my greencard, can't get a felony haha
