I'm sure the guy didn't realize that **** face was gonna cave in when he hit him. I mean, you say the guy was 5'8" and 160pds? He might be a strong lil ****** but he's not some big, swoll crazy huge type guy either(from what I'm gathering). I hate ---- talkers that are ALWAYS talking ----, and I love it when their mouth running blows up in their face. The ******** learned a lesson, THE HARD WAY. I wish the law and all the crybaby queers in the world would leave it at that. The police shouldn't have been called, but if they HAD TO BE called for the paramedics or whatever, then at least lil holyfield should've been given a chance to scram. And everybody's saying "well, he shouldn't have hit the guy, or he should've ignored him or talked ---- back." I feel respect for the slugger, because at least he didn't pull a gun, knife, ballbat, or slip on some brass knuckles. Like I said, he didn't know he was throwin' the HAYMAKER OF DEATH!!

If he had fled the scene it would have been worse for him. There were ppl there that would have ratted him out regardless.

I had to give a statement and if I had lied on it my past record would have been an issue. I would be sitting in jail.

I think the same way, CSpec, right up to the point where frail got more than a bloody nose or a black eye. Frail is a ---- talker, but he's also a fairly bright guy who can learn a lesson and grow as a person. As things stand he probably won't die but he might be fucked up for life, and that is sad.

maybe it's the six percocet talking, but i kinda agree. i've been a hothead in the past and it's gotten me into more trouble than it's gotten me out of. i'm sure soda popinski feels bad for ruining dude's dental work. the ghetto side of me wants to say captain sensitive deserved what he got, but upon further review, the call was overturned.


still don't think punching someone once should be a felony, unless you're ex military/martial artist/etc.

Was the ---- talker a meth head? Only time i have heard of skulls caving in so easily is when a sketchy meth head ---- gets beat up. And no the guy didn't deserve to get fucked up that bad but he deserved a shot to the face and thats what happened not great but not like the guy was trying to ---- him up badly just put him in his place. ---- happens and buddy learned a tuff lesson.

The punch knocked him and most of his teeth out, but it was the fall that fractured his skull in 3 places and is the reason he has brain swelling and an induced coma right now.

His brother told me this morning that he woke up and was responding to commands so thats a good sign.
