lame. that guy should go to jail. if he can't figure out on his own that the frail guy has a small dick and has to make himself feel better by trash talking others then he needs to look down his own pants because his dick is even smaller for needing to knock the guy out so he can feel fulfilled in life. 
if someone trash talks me, i just put it back in their face and consider where it is coming from. not worth going to jail for some ------- tard that's for damn sure.

There is another side of the story that may or may not be true. The frail guy is a ---- talker, but one of his close friends is also a ---- talker and has access to his forum passwords and such. Frail guys other friends tried to beat other ---- talkers *** when he came up to the hospital, blaming him for the incident.
Moral of the story is they are all full of fail.
Frail guy deserved his *** kicked, but not that bad. I feel sorry for him too, JD didnt tell you that Frail guy's dad had died just 3 days earlier, and had just found out that day.
JD, when the cops showed up, guy who did the punching was trying to help frail guy and the cops almost took down Hambone because he was standing in the corner smoking a cig. looking suspicious so I guess they thought he hit frail guy lol.

frail guy deserved it. And the puncher just needs to explain that he was be threaten and taunted and he might get off easy. Just needs to prove that it was provoked by claiming he was defending himself.
