I know a guy just like that. He'll tell you so much bullshit you would think he was joking, but he's 100% serious. He was trying to tell me he had a 22RE Toyota motor pushing 600whp with a hacked off exhaust, a K&N filter and a V6 throttle body.

Eventually I just blocked him out of my mind when he talks so it doesn't influence me in any way.

Oh yeah, he also said that he could hammer the throttle at 120MPH and light the tires up in his STOCK N/A 22RE.
