So here it is guys, I was dating this girl for coming up on two years. The first year was great, first year and 6 months pretty good, but the last 3-4 months were just not the same. I really loved this girl but just didn't realize it and took things for granted (typical guy). Well me and her finally decided to call things off for awhile. This was the first time we have ever broke things off, never even thought about it before. Well I was thinking you know either im going to love being single and it's my time, or if I wanted just get back with my old g/f. Haha was I ------- worng. Well it was one month ago when we called breaks and now it is seriously killing me. When I try to call the girl I feel like im bugging the ---- out of her. I feel everything is lost and how could this be. Anyone have any suggestions. I just want to know what you guys think about this and what you have done to pass the worstest of all fealings of loosing a true love.

Some advice to all the guys treat you girl as if it was the last day and dont take things for granted. It will get back to eventually.

it dont sound like you know what you want dude. If you really had a revalation abut how she's the future wife, cool. but if your just lonely and want puss, that's what bars are for. most the time they just want to be freinds afterwards. i hate it when i wake up and they call me their boyfreind. in anycase, X's are X's for a reason. the same ---- that made it old last time will do so much quicker on the next round. dont be a dumbass.

She is ------- some other jock who has more money than you...I know its harsh, but we all have to face the truth at one point or another, I did.

My advice? Just take it easy man and dont think about her too much, find some rebound girls who are hotter and ---- them till your dick turns purple.

If its ment to be it will work out, My girl and I have somewhat similar situation but things are working out now, I'm lazy and get yelled at for not wanting to do anything other than cars :P but we had a nice week at the beach and relized we still love each other a lot and don't really want to be with anyone else and wanted to make things work out...but i think if you break up or take a break its not ment to be just my opinion

True but not true, the girl I am with now I broke up with a long time ago, we were apart for 2 years and in the meantime dated other people, now we're back together and things are going very strong. she understands me and is there for me, I think that a girl must be able to understand who you are and who she is for the relationship to last, 60% of a relationship is communication and understanding. the rest is trust, if you dont trust each other then chances are it wont work.

I was the same as you, didnt realise how much i cared untill she was gone......

Last year me and my girl broke off for a month but still texted & talked most days. We then both went quite and saw different people for about another month, i broker up with my girl because i missed my old one so much, i got a call the next day saying she had done the same.


We are now engaged and have just bought a house together
