Holy crap, do not take a scoth brite pad to your car, especially a red one.
I'd try goo gone, or a cleaner wax. Put the wax on and let it sit a bit and then take a towel that you can throw away. Wipe only with a clean spot on the towel. The ruber will come off, but can be reaplied from the towle if not carefull.

And to keep it on topic, I have a few videos of people drifting old Toyota Starlets also. But with the short wheel base they become a handfull at higher speeds.
Here is a lilnk to mine, but it is mainly going to be going in a straight line

lol.. i work at a bodyshop/mechanics place.. and they work great for me..
just cause its red does not mean it will bleed the color red onto ur car.. its 3m high quality ----. just take it slowly. and dont go any farther than u need to.

it was a customers car. artic white paint. and some undercoating splashed onto the car. and no one noticed it. we didnt catch it intime.. so it sat the entire night... i just used the scuff pad. then buffed it down. looked like new again.

I'd never take a brillo pad to my car.

While FWD's can drift (hatakeyama does it) the 86 is the only rolla that really qualifies as old school anyway.

also, at RSR chicago in '04 there was a mustang (who now attends DDC events) and a el camino with a supercharged LS1, which was cool because he was probably the only competitor that was able to haul all his spares and tools in the competion vehicle.

There's a El camino that participates in D1 actually and a old F body camaro I think. You can actually see just from watching it that the handling blows or maybe just the driving cause the smoothness and clean transitions in directions. 2g rx7's are nice and the Z I've heard from a lot of S30 Z owners that it's not the easiest thing to drift. Buying a Hachi Rouku is like buying collectors are now with the popularity and overall age of the car. The last Hachi rolled off the assembly line nearly twenty years ago so people think that these cars are drift monsters but alot of them are worn out and tired. So alot is needed to get back into drift worthy driveability. Plus the majority of the aftermarket parts are older JDM parts or just hard and expensive. Overall I'd take one in a heart beat still. It'd have to have a Levin front end and a NA silvertop.

little bitch (you know who im talkin to) take a little lighter fluid to that rubber...then buff it out with some wax.

and drifting a FWD isn't a common thing. in fact, I think that honda was the only one in the FWD class...ever. didnt they have to make a class for him?

You're asking about why everyone is ripping on you about AE92s. It's because you posted pics of AE92s.
