those pen things are bullshit, there are ways to make the bill pass, believe me I know

The best way to check the authenticity of the bill is one, the reflective number on the bottom right, should turn green/black, another way is to feel the black borders, they should have some texture, like ridges, grab a bill and rub the tip of your nail across the black borders, you will feel some texture.

So again, those pen marking ---- is bullshit, even the 'line' and the face is bullshit. The two methods I stated above, are what I have found to be the best ways to determine if it's real or not.

I should add that I think the second method is best, cause there are ways to make the number 'look' reflective, it isn't but at a glance it 'LOOKS' like it's changing.
