Default Oil?

Sorry for posting a dumbp Q , but I have really need to know. I have heard that once you use synthetic oil you should not go back to regular oil because it might damage the engine, is that correct? It's for a N/A car.

I've never heard of it damaging the motor...Only thing I've heard is since synthetic is thinner than reguular oil it is more likely to leak if you go from regular to synthetic after a motor running rgular for so long

synthetic is not thinner it is more slippery, but that myth is about as true as me saying that I had sex with pamela anderson, last night, which could'nt be true cause my weiner is'nt as big around as a watermelon

The only time you worry about oil quality is when your engine exceeds what normal cheapass oil can provide. The ****** NA guys like $$$ oils to pick up 0.0064% more power over and above the 2.600932% gains they got by dumping $9000 into their engines, and the big dollar turbo guys like $$$ oils because anything else will strip out a camshaft after a few hundred miles of running it with super-stiff valvesprings.
