Not to be a practical hizzo, but you need a specific location. Southcenter has about 3 miles of straight parking lot, and its going to be very crowded that week, especially during the rush hour (which in Seattle, is about 3pm-7pm)

Most car meets are usually right outside Nordstroms (inbetween Bahama Breeze and Bank of America) -- thats on the northside of the mall
