I think you made the same post last week. 
It's at the point where you say something and nobody even gives it a thought because you change your mind too much.
When a prime minister retires, it's customary for him to apoint a new one for the region. After that you claim to be nothing in the form of decision making for that region. When I left So Cal, Ghetto D was chosen as the man.
Ideally, a region shouldn't be able to claim their prime minister is also the shipping baron anyway.

its funny, most of the ne crew is out.
as for appointing a new prime minister, i think i will stay,
gonna take some of the money from the teg, and do a low dollar dsm.
the rest will go in the bank..
so i have decided i cant abandon my home, but yes, the integra is gone.
i may have bneen the baron, but i got ---- done...
we have had many many sucessful meets, and will continue too.
