Well, your O2 sensor won't even be noticed until it's hot enough to sense AFR changes. So, it won't have any bearing on whether your car starts or not.

What leads you to believe it's fubar'd?

Reconnect your O2 sensor by splicing.

Tek, i disagree, i was running no O2 sensor for awhile, as soon as i started the car, it threw a CEL.

Not sure what you're disagreeing with here..

You can throw CEL's all day long for no O2, but it still won't effect startup.

yeah im supposed to have 2 o2 sensors in my accord, i have neither hooked up or installed... rarely do i ever get a cel. An o2 cel should never prevent you from starting
