What the hell is a "disorderly house"? Is it me, or does the NW have a regional commitment to scammers, tweakers, and run ins with the cops? haha.



EDIT: I just thought of something. The everett cops won't do anything if you have evidence someone is driving on your stolen wheels, but they'll waste everyones time for something called a "disorderly house"? WTF?
