The number 7 vac line goes from the charcoal canister to the EGR?(i think its the egr ) ... would having that connected make me pass? or would it make me fail? I just realized that it was off for some reason. What would happen if it wasn't connected? Could that be a reason i didn't pass? or would it make it worse?

Any input would be great thanks. And yes, im retarted.

that could very well be it.. it takes exhaust gases and re-inserts them into the intake. crappy for power good for mother nature.
