Consult a real lawyer is my advice. What I'd do is kick in my own door, knock over two dressers, put the television and computer in storage, then call the cops and claim I was robbed. Wait three weeks then have a HMT nog distro the photos for you. If cops come around you have a b&e report, its been weeks which is good because spiteful crimes of passion are never premeditated on that scale, and just say yeah I took those pictures they were on my computer that was stolen.

simple really. go to a store or something, go to cust. service and say you lost a zip drive that had some personal stuff on it. make sure they make a record of it. wait a couple days and then post pictures. if she calls the cops refer them to the store where you made the report of stolen sip drive and claim whoever found said drive must have sent them. now you have an alliby (sp) or something of the sort to place blame elsewhere.
