NOTHING is EVER Easy.

Re: NOTHING is EVER Easy.
It's worse than that, holmes, a white man's been ------- your girl.
Go to a Grainger or tool supply or machinist supply and buy a "center drill." It's a short stubby fat bit with a tiny nubbin of a drill bit coming off of it... center drills *do not* flex or let the bit wander. This will make it very easy to drill the broken bolt/bit out with a drill press, or very very very steady hands, or you can make a thin jig out of plywood like us trailerpark rednecks.
Be glad it's a broken drill bit and not a broken EZ-out. EZ-outs are made out of something ten times harder than any drill bit. You spend 4-5 drills on a broken one to get it drilled out + removed.

FWIW, try to get a left handed center drill. It might remove the bolt/bit while you're drilling, saving you work.
Also, remember, lube is your friend. WD40 or ATF, if it starts smoking it's too hot and you're dulling the bit.
