well i had the thread a little while back to see if it was time to swap out to a bigger B motor.. well i did.. here are some shots and a tidbit of info about what excatly i got..

notice the $100 something dollar 10.3mm taylor wires?? lol...

picked up:

motor (recently rebuilt)
trans
EF-B mounts
full MSD SCI ignition
header
exahaust
and a full crx si engine harness
Unorthodox crank pulley ( didnt even know it had it till i went and picked it up) LOL... i was going to buy a ctr one but this saved me $80

ALL FOR $700..

OH its a $200 dollar FINDANZA 7.5 lb flywheel!!!! (bolts on ring gear are a dead giveaway of a aftermarket flywheel)



also with a damn near new clutch..lol..




i think i made out awesome for $700.. got it from a local friend..

so i am either going to swap this in place of the zc for a bit or try and find me a b16 or gsr head to throw on there and make 200 NA WHP..

yup if i can get a head its going p30 pistons,arp rod bolts,96+gsr oil and water pump with some supertech springs,skunk 2 stage 2's probably a AEBS manifold,and itr replica header.. there is no way you make 200 just by bolting the head on..lol.. i have this build all down on paper just trying to find a cheap enough head..

and that pully was put on there when the motor was rebuilt and it has a little over 3500 miles since the build so it will be ok and when i rebuild it it will be balanced with the motor

no... im done with boost for a while till i build a motor for it.. no more junkyard ---- on old worn out motors.. plus this is going in the crx after the body work,paint,wire tuck and shave.. so i dont want no oil leaks or goofy ---- happening.. although i am working on a boost motor for the red 4dr..

that reminds me of the steal of a deal i came across a couple years ago with a d16z6 i paid 200 bucks for it and it came with
chipped p28
direct port nitrous kit minus bottle and long feed line
AEM cam gear
regrind cam
ported throttle body

sounds like a steal huh? And then i blew the headgasket on it and the tranny it came with had a bent shift fork, and upon opening up the bottom end, i find Crower I Beams and some type of forged pistion thats around 11:1 compression. All for 200 bucks, eventually traded it for about 700 worth of parts for my tt 300zx. Free stuff rules
