there is a difference between an african american and a black person also. most 'true' african americans are actually very light and look like caucasians with dark hair and eyes

Most "true" African Americans are actually pretty dark. The colored creole of Pensicola and the Gullah of Charleston have preserved their heritage quite well. Most have dark tones.

I don't know waht part of canada you live in, but I'm pretty sure there is overwhelming evidence that you where trying to defend yourself through any means necessary, that is if you smoke the piece of ---- with your car. The law is not unreasonable, if your life is in danger then try and save it, just don't use a firearm. The rules of canada, guns are for people who can't fight, lol.

My buddy's from Africa and he's a white as a cracker but on his passport it says he's African American. Its pretty funny
