no luck on idle

no luck on idle
have been looking on the search and cant find what im looking for. My car idles bad. I was told it could be the break vac lines. I checked all and seem fine. My idle when first started is like 1500 then when i come to a stop after driving maybe 50, my idles goes to about 500. Any help would be apprecitaed. Thanks
