No fifth gear.
When i shift to 5th its just like its in neutral, so im guessing i blew 5th gear out.Would i just be able to rebuild 5th or something or do i need a new tranny or what.
and about how much would ya think itll cost.

that happend to me once... on an old eclipse I had.... third gear was dead... and i went to the junkyard... pulled a tranny of the same year... I took it apart there at the junkyard... took off the third gear only... paid for it... it was like 14 bucks... or something... and then i transplanted it onto my eclipse... and it held untill the tranny broke off the engine.
thats your best bet... to find it at the junkyard... i asked a transmission specialist and it was going to cost more to find the parts to rebuild them new.. than it was to get one used.

LOL . Im sorry to hear that Kevin. Sean told me today. Thats not that bad... i mean, it is your fifth gear. You will still be able to drive everwhere, and race. Mike just recently had his 2nd gear replaced by srd. Ask him how much they charged him, although im sure the quote will be diferent on your car.
