No 300ZX for me. :(
So after work yesterday I rush out the door and drag my roommate to Vegas to pick up my new 300ZX. The whole time I'm nervous about the car making it back home because I know nothing about it. I've done this before, but it wasn't pleasant. 
We get to the trailer park where this guy lives and I see the car sitting out front with another 300ZX and a beat to hell Civic. The guy is waiting for me outside and hands me the key to the car. I jump in and fire it up. Well, I tried. It didn't really sound like it wanted to start, but then it sputtered and fired up. The check engine light is on and it smells like ***. It's missing like a mother ****** and it won't hold a steady rpm. He says it needs a tune up and it's been sitting. I go to the back of the car and the left side of the exhaust is pushing a good amount of air while the right side is hardly pushing anything. That's a bit more than needing a tune-up. I start walking around the car and notice the passenger window is missing. 
He says it had just got broken into and he had another window in the back. I guess he was nice enough to rush to the junkyard and find a replacement window and clean up all the glass. I walk around the front of the car and notice the dent I saw in the photos is gone and now there is a rough patch of paint which you can obviously tell some ***** tried to fix it in the backyard. Looks like hell. The whole time I'm walking around the car checking it out the car is idling and sputtering and ----..........
I tell the guy I want to have my mechanic look at it in the morning(yeah right, later dude)and I would have to come back. I start looking at this other 300ZX he had sitting there and asking questions about it. I told him I saw it on Ebay and he assured me it wasn't on Ebay. I walk up and I notice the hood pins and I know I saw this car on Ebay. He fires it up and revs the hell out of it and it runs just as bad as the other pile of ----. Thsi one has an even shittier idle. I go to the back of the car to watch the smoke pour out of the exhaust and I hear a very loud buzzing. He said the fuel pump went out and he took it to a shop and had a new one put in. It was one of those universal Checker Auto parts fuel pumps.
Not only that, I look in his feedback and he won that car for like $1400 and the previous owner installed the fuel pump. Thsi guy was so full of ----. He was trying to sell me anything he could. Then he offered to call a tow company and it would be $100 to tow the car to my house and he would knock $200 of the price. Wuh? I thought I was buying a good running car and you're offering a tow company? Not only that, what kind of tow company only charges $100 to tow 160 miles from Nevada to Arizona?
Long story short, I wasted my Friday night driving to Vegas for no ------- reason. Shady mother ******* in this world.

I might be looking for a Twin Turbo with a 5 speed. Don't be mad that a bone stock 300ZX with full leather interior and PIMP status is faster than your built Honda.
