and to joseph davis: it was the l67 that came supercharged from 1991-1994 for the "series I" and the series II l67 was from 1995-2003.5
and then they came out with the series III 3800 from then until about a month ago
the series 3 l67 was a low compression supercharged l36 (only other additon was electronic throttle or "fly by wire")
if im not mistaking the series I l67 made 205hp and 260ft-lbs the series II was 240hp and 280ft-lbs and the series III has 260hp 280ft-lbs

but allot of people i know from my reading take the l36 na engine with the stronger block and con rods and turbo them


also i scanned the car today and it's throwing a "low voltage map" code so im thinking i got a bad wire to the map sensor or a bad sensor when i take pics i'll get a closer look
and remedy that before boosting
