Its basically an itr manifold for the d series. You will most likely get a small gain out of it but using it in conjunction with a bigger tb and some port work you could get some nice gains out of it.

used to have one on my 95 coupe. made a big diffrence in the higher rpms while boosting. plus it looked sexy with my crome valve cover and ss autocrap mani, ---- looked sexy. (ricer 
) the only thing i hated was it used to rub on the brake proptioning valve. 
times got hard and i ended up selling it, but it was well worth it.
btw, they are not new, i had 1 like last year
