We're talking about puting a motor from a 2500 pound car into a 3200+ pound car. Big difference. Not to mention having a considerable amount of additional drivetrain loss.

Yeah, maybe PEAK, but that would mean you have to be into it to move the heavy *** CRV. Compare the torque curves of the two motors. Peak power won't mean ---- for drivability. If you can't make any torque until 6000rpms, how is that going to work out in a daily driven 4wd grocery getter?

Yeah but a b16 with a smallish turbo should be able to make the same or better numbers down low as the b20

However, he has a turbonetics t3/t4 on it. Might be a bit too laggy for the CRV.

Yep, and then hype up the Integra with the B20 swap.

"Yeah, I swapped in this B20 because it has more torque. I ran an 11.4 on street tires at the track with this setup."

no it`s not :P
imgaine you are carrrying 5 ppl in the car. (almost 4000lb)
1)up front is a really steep hill.
2)u got full load of grabage in the back
3)you just came to a complete stop
4) the car behind u didn`t leave u no room to roll back
now do u think u have enough room to rev pass the laggy rpm (1 - 2 K with a SMALLE TURBO i assum?) before the turbo STARTS to built boost?
oh well
:P
