Vee, put a man sized turbo on that 240 and come see me. I have crawled through a couple of those in the 350 whp range and am about to do a 500 whp KA.
Puma, I have a decent MS1 calibration for a Miata with RC 440cc and approx your setup. It would make a good basemap for your car, and already has MAPdot tuned in pretty close if you don't have a proper TPS.
