werd. im about 20 mins from the PA line in harford county. i go to Cecil sometimes, but never really run. just watch. i hate waiting in line to run 1 time.
SOuth Philly. Front Street. Holstein. All around. My good friend lives in Delaware not far from it all. so we usally go up a lot and run/watch. but there are some madd fast cars. its just fun to go and watch hang out and run from the cops.
