I've never seen a case like that before, that has two places on the sides to put locks.

Yet, when you walk in and they have the floor to ceiling bullet proof glass around the counter where the registers are you start to wonder about the neighborhood you're in. I was on Vine St. a few days ago and saw some nigs trash this guy out in the parking lot then come inside, not really a situation I cared to be in.

I did keep my pump 20 Mossberg by my bed before but it was way too much of a hassle to me to get it ready laying down, if someone was to come into my place it would need to be an immediate reaction because it is so small. From my bedroom the front door is about 15 feet away and about 20 feet away to the back door, not a lot of time to dick around. However I would prefer the easy point and shoot of the shot gun spray. Or a Derringer type gun that has a barrel for .45 and a 410 shot shell.

Lol, man i love derringer's they just seem to have so much of a vintage look and feel to them, reminds me of the times in the 1800's when everyones playin cards and someones cheating then they get shot with a derrenger slipped out of the sleeve. I've shot a .32 derringer, i couldnt imagine shooting a .45, it would probably buck out of my hand. My step dad collects antique firearms ( pre 1899 ) and theres quite a few interesting guns, one that comes to mind is a called a 'pepperbox' Its basically a revlover wither a barrel for each bullet

of course i have, true the spray pattern might now be as wide as it could be, but it is wider than a single shot from a pistol, to each his own though, if in a time of extreme adrenilne and panic you could use your pistol and put an intruder down without taking any fire, then kudos to you

niice, $200 for the street sweeper, paypal ready lol j/k. i like b16sellouts snub nose.i don't think i could fire a .45 with accuracy in the middle of the night if i had to disable an intruder, 9mm ftw, i shot a .45 at my uncles range and the damn thing almost snapped my wrist. i agree that a shotgun is not the best choice for home protection due to space and proximity the strong point of a shotty is the abilty to have a wide target spectrum which you can't have it you are shooting close. i think i may get a .38 special for ccw

a 45 almost snapped your wrist? I'm assuming you're a little guy lol, my cousins 45 sure does have a nice kick to it but its nowhere near wrist-snapping power.

i wouldnt say it woudl snap my wrist, but they can buck back pretty hard, especially a revolver with a wooden grip, a semi auto with a rubber grip probably wouldnt be too bad though
