your list there isnt going to be cheap on insurance.. and it depends on what you consider good gas milage... i bitch and moan about my DA getting 22 mpg... but some people would think thats great.. like the SUV guys..
if i were picking from that list, it would have to be the IS300 tho...

that GTP would get 30mpg no problem and so would any of those other cars on the list, maybe except for the WRX
