New Car
It was time for something new and the timing was right. I got 0% financing on it and a family member got me GMS pricing, $23,350 off off the lot. I picked it up Friday evening and have since ran the odometer up to about 600 miles, outrun and totally embarassed an '06 Volkswagen GTI, debadged the rear and sides, painted the front bowtie black, washed and waxed, and given it some HMT love (hard to see but has stickers on rear quarter glass). It has the G85 package, Quaife LSD and Recaro leather seats, also got a sunroof. All in all I love the car.

Nah, they are supposed to be pretty comfy cars for the dollar, and I'm glad to see the Dumbestics offering pocket rockets at decent prices. No hate for your car... closest you'll get to hate from me is that comment about the new GTI being worthy of racing a Metro... I drove one, those things are godawful slow.

Haha, yeah, some of the stock Domestic guys won't race anything anymore... I was running with a pack of Neons and MR2s last night that one after the other kept smoking a WS6 with a 100 shot. Hilarious, the guy went from running his mouth in a parking lot to pulling off an exit and going home early.

My uncle owns one in blue. I don't fit in it very well, but I'm a tall ----------er. It's got some pull to it, I recall him saying something about a stg 2 package available from the dealer, smaller pulley, bigger injectors. They're nice cars, good choice.
