New Camera***56K take a dirt nap***
Well my girlfriend and I have a new addiction. Its called a Digital SLR. This thing is seriously CRACK. I was never really that interested in photography until this thing. Anyways, my VW approved flame suit is on, so here are some pics

Not a fan of VW, but cool.
Lately I've been wanting a DSLR camera after seeing how well the pictures come out. Regular digital cameras look "good" until you see pictures from SLRs.

i got a power shot G7 which is quite a few steps down from your but still has one metric *** ton of options. I bought it in Feb and I am still learning it.

Nice shots. Car looks surprisingly good for a VW too. I actually don't mind the newer GTI's and GLI's that much.
After looking through some of the photo contest threads on h-t and now this one, I'm not sure if it's just me or if you have to get the photos printed to make it obvious, but I fail to see even one bit of difference between any of those and this one taken on my Best Buy discount special Cybershot at only 1mp and then ghetto resized courtesy of imageshack.
And one at 4mp, just for comparison.
