take the job. im sure you can get out of it without there being any issues. usually it depends on you next job, if its within your bosses working area, their might be a problem.have a lawyer review the contract, some of those are not binding here in california. 7% is a lot of money on those types of sales and im sure youll have a lot of freedom being a salesman. youll be yelling IM RICH BITCH! then youll be kicking over at ht. mm maybe you shouldnt take the job..

tell him thats a big decision to make and you want someone to take a lookk at thee contract, if he is trying to scare you into staying there will probably be something illegal in the conntract which will make it null and void and you can then sign it anyway and not worry about breaking it later

thanks for all the common guys, theres some other weird things i have to point out. During the traning period (the first year. He actually offers to pay for the rest of my class at college so i can finish my AA degree at night time. and he offers me too much ----, computer, business card and all.....it just sounds too good to be true LOL . Just like right now I am actually getting paid already sincehe wanted me to start on the 1st, but then I don`t need ot go to no offcie yet coz he wanted me to take care of the stuff that hasn`t been done. LOL i dunno man
