i have rims similiar to those. paint them flat black. i used the 1200degree engine paint to do mine, i figured its the most durable? first clean them with alcohol or similiar grease cutter that wont leve residue. then tape off the tire with masking tape(if u care about paint on tires) then paint away. it looks million times better, ill get you a pic a soon as i find my card for my camera.
